I. What are the bags made from?
Zadie bags are hand-woven with a material sourced from recycled plastic bottles. They are artisan-crafted to be strong, lightweight, and waterproof. It’s a simple way to keep plastic out of the environment and give it a second life.

Handcrafted Character:
Every Zadie bag is hand-finished by artisans, which means no two are exactly alike. Because they aren't mass-produced by machines, you might find slight variations in the weave or the measurements. We don’t see these as flaws. They’re just a sign of a bag that’s been made by hand.

II. Will it last?
Yep. These bags are built to handle real life, from the sand and sun to the city. They’re tough and made to be used every day.

Sizing & Care​

I. What size do I need?
It depends on what you’re carrying. Here is a quick guide:

Micro: For your essentials—phone, wallet, keys, and even a bottle of wine. Perfect for a night out.

Midi: Fits an iPad, notebook, and lunchbox, or your basic beach gear (towel, book, and sunscreen).

Metro: Our largest option. It fits a 13" MacBook, a full market haul, or all your beach gear.

II. How do I clean it?
Just give it a quick rinse with mild soap and let it air dry. No machines needed.

Shipping & Returns

I. How long does shipping take?
We usually pack and send orders within 1–2 business days.

North Island: 1–4 business days.

South Island: 2–6 business days.

Rural delivery takes about 2 days longer.

II. Do you offer returns?
We only offer returns if an item is faulty or damaged. If your bag arrives with a fault, please email us at info@zadienz.com with a photo so we can help offer you a refund.

III. Can I see the bags in person?
